I took up yoga to compensate for office work, sports and other injuries, and self-awareness. I am certified as a Hatha and Flow yoga instructor at Samadi Yoga Studio, completed YogaBody Gravity yoga instructor training, aerial yoga instructor training and sound bowl therapist training.
I like to use essential oils, minerals and vibrating bowls in my classes. Prevention is very important to me and helping my clients to get closer to themselves and their goals, both physically and spiritually. We are all different, yet one. I find it very exciting to find the balance between how I, as an instructor, can support and motivate a particular student and how the student's openness and action can help them to grow and progress.
