I've been working in communications in marketing for more than 25 years. In the last few years, I started to feel that after all these years, I was running out of motivation professionally, burnt out, tired...I wanted something else...something that was really me, something I could fulfil myself in. It made me want to get more serious about self-improvement and learning. I thought a lot about what could be an area where I could use my professional experience, my love of humanity and my desire to help at the same time. That's when I came across coaching and then, in a nice sequence, yoga and relaxation, sound therapy, sound baths and access bars. I will be forever grateful to my mentors for the many layers of knowledge that have come together to form a complex whole.

All my studies have led me in the direction of understanding people's physical and mental problems and helping them to solve them in individual ways. I have done a lot of research on different aspects of the stress process, as the most universally known negative effect of the flywheel.

In my yoga classes and sound therapy sessions I pay special attention to understanding and raising awareness of the pathological and health damaging processes in the body caused by stress, thus promoting preventive health maintenance.

Today, what I have learned has become a real vocation for me, I have left my former profession and the world of multi. I am currently working with the physical and mental health of hundreds of children and adults, from preschool to senior age.
