For over 25 years, I worked in communications within the marketing field. In the last few years, I started to feel that after all this time, my professional motivation had dwindled, I was burnt out, tired... I wanted something different... something that was truly me, where I could find fulfillment. This prompted me to seriously embark on the path of self-development and learning. I thought a lot about what field could combine my professional experience, my love for people, and my desire to help. That's when I discovered coaching, and then, one by one, yoga and relaxation, sound therapy, sound baths, and Access Bars treatments. I will be forever grateful to my mentors for this multifaceted knowledge that has come together into a complex whole.

All my studies have guided me towards understanding people's physical and mental problems and helping them towards a solution with individual methods. I have extensively studied the stress process from various aspects, as the most well-known negative effect of the rat race.

In my yoga classes and sound therapy sessions, I pay special attention to understanding and raising awareness of the pathological and health-damaging processes in the body caused by stress, thereby focusing on preventive health preservation.

Today, what I have learned has matured into a true calling for me; I left my previous profession and the corporate world. I currently work with the physical and mental health of hundreds of children and adults, from preschool age to seniors.
