SUP Yoga
SUP yoga (Stand-Up Paddleboard yoga) is a special style of yoga that we practice on a SUP board on the water. It offers new experiences for both beginner and advanced yogis. It is a great opportunity to develop your body awareness from a new perspective and find your mental balance and harmony.
Who do we recommend it for?
Recommended for both beginners and experienced yogis.
If you can sit in any pose on the ground, you won't have a problem on the board either.
Swimming ability is required. Although many people worry about falling into the water during SUP yoga, it's not very common. Just like in traditional yoga classes, you might get closer to your own limits here – you could lose your balance and end up in the water.
For this reason, swimming ability is strongly recommended.
What should you bring with you?
- —Comfortable clothes
- —Fluids
- —Towel
- —A change of clothes
Own board or board rental?
You can participate in the classes with your own board or a rented one. As the number of rental boards is limited, please pay attention to which option you choose when booking.
If you are bringing your own board, please account for inflation time and arrive accordingly. If a class is in session before yours, please be considerate of the participants and inflate your board a little further away.
Of course, we provide the necessary equipment for securing your board.
How long does it last?
Classes are scheduled for a 1.5-hour block, which includes 15 minutes for arrival and departure.
If the team is efficient and we get on the water earlier, we'll start earlier.

SUP Pilates
Pilates on the water? Yes, be one of the first in Hungary to try this form of exercise. Practicing on water helps improve balance and deep muscles. We also use various tools – such as a ball, Pilates ring, and resistance band – for a more intense experience. The ability to swim is essential, and you can participate in the class with your own board or a rented one.
