I have been practicing yoga for 16 years and passing on the miracle of yoga to others for 2 years.
If you let me guide you on your path, yoga can help you experience how easy it is to exist in the body. To find your way back to yourself by quieting the mind and finding balance in everyday life.
In my classes we listen to your body's signals, learn to become aware of your feelings and accept them.
To do this, I try to provide a supportive and safe space so that your practice is both an experience and a recharging one.
It is a huge boost and joy to connect with my practitioners, to receive so much positive feedback and to have even my initially skeptical guests report wonderful healings and changes on physical, spiritual and mental levels. I believe and know that yoga is one of the best things that can happen to you.
Practice and change will almost happen on its own.
