SUP yoga

SUP yoga (Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga) is a special style of yoga performed on the water on a SUP board. It offers new experiences for beginners and advanced yogis. A great way to develop your body awareness from a new perspective, find your mental balance and harmony.

Who is it for?

Recommended for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

If you can sit on the ground in any pose, you should have no problem on the board.

Swimming skills required. Although many people fear that they will definitely fall into the water during SUP yoga, this is not very common. As in traditional yoga classes, you can get closer to your limits - you may lose your balance and end up in the water.
That is why swimming skills are highly recommended.

What to bring with you?

Own a plank or rent a plank?

You can take part in the lessons with your own or rented board. As the number of boards available for hire is limited, please make sure you choose which option you prefer when you register.

We will, of course, provide you with the necessary tools for recording.

Aerial yoga

During aerial yoga, we perform various yoga exercises using a hammock (yoga swing) made of a special material. Among its many benefits, it relieves back and lower back pain, supports the body in poses, and relieves pressure on the joints and spine. Hovering helps to deepen stretching, release tension and relax the body while also strengthening.
